My goal is to capture the heart of my subjects, the mood of the moment and to produce clean, vibrant, strong images. I consider myself an eternal work in progress driven by my love for the media and my commitment to constantly improve my craft.
Developing talent is my pay back for all the amazing people who mentored me and inspired me to build my career. My experience in this industry gives me an idea of what the person in front of the camera feels and goes through when the stage is set, the lights are on and the camera is ready. Every AJR model goes thru AJ's boot-camp, from high fashion, to casual, sports, action, underwear, swimwear, expressions, body language, body-art, etc., when the time comes, I want every of our models to have an extensive work experience and a good work relationship with me.
